- Temperament. (Loyalty, caution, and stubbornness are all traits that most Shiba Inu mix-breeds share).
- The potential of becoming guard dogs. (Despite their size, generally speaking, a Shiba Inu’s natural aggression and reservation allows the dog to potentially serve as a watchdog).
